Silver Tree Services runs 30+ staff across seven teams from Shurdington, near Cheltenham: tree surgery, grounds maintenance, landscaping, clearance, yard, nursery, and office. We’ve grown every year by doing work properly for clients like the NHS, Gloucestershire Police, and Stroud District Council, and growth means hiring. We take on experienced hands, and we take on people with the right attitude and train them up through our own training arm.

Who we look for
- Qualified arborists, climbers and ground staff with NPTC tickets (CS30/31 minimum, CS38/39 for climbing roles)
- Grounds maintenance operatives, experienced or trainable, full driving licence usually needed
- Landscapers, hard and soft landscaping skills
- Machine operators, tractors, flails, chippers, grinders
- Trainees, no tickets yet but genuinely up for outdoor graft, we'll train the rest

What we expect back
Straight talking works both ways: we expect people to turn up, work safely, look after kit, and treat clients’ sites like their own ground. Standards are checked, not assumed, because our name is on every job. If that sounds like pressure, it isn’t, it’s just the absence of chaos, and people who’ve worked for chaotic outfits notice the difference in the first week.
