1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. They do not govern any work we carry out for you. If you engage us for landscaping, tree surgery, grounds maintenance or any other service, the contract between us is set out in our written quotation and our terms of business, which are issued with that quotation.
By accessing or using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. We recommend you check this page periodically. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.

4. Website content

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It describes the services we offer and the sectors we work in, and it is not intended to be advice on which you should rely.
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty that the content is complete, current or free from error. Service descriptions, case studies, sector pages and journal posts reflect our position at the time of writing and may change.

5. Guide prices

Any prices shown on this website are indicative guide prices only. They are provided to give an approximate starting point and they are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to carry out work at that price.
The price for any work depends on site conditions, access, tree species and size, waste volume, materials, consents required and the specification agreed. Commercial work is quoted to specification in every case. Travel is always set out in the written quotation and is never added afterwards.
A binding price is only ever given in a written quotation issued by us following an enquiry or a site visit.
